Ever since I was a child, I have spent my time with a colored pencil in my hand or a smear of paint on my face. As a kid I sketched a lot, and in high school I became more interested in painting. Paint allowed me to express emotion with texture, color, and shape in a way I hadn’t before. I have primarily worked in acrylics, recently moving into fluid art and acrylic pouring. I have also recently begun my adventure with oil painting and palette knife work, so stay tuned!
I am 32 years old and was born and raised in Maine. I lived in Georgia (the state) and South Korea for several years, and moved back home in 2016. I work in victim services to assist victims of violent crime, and I am passionate about advocacy for victims and women. I love spending my time at the ocean and lake, reading, nerding out over Doctor Who, spending time with my friends and family, changing my hair to fun colors, and crafting. I share my home with my cats, Steve and (M)Alice, who are tiny terrorists. I know they look cute and innocent.
They. Are. Not.
